With over 15 years of experience working with children, youth, media and educational institutions, Debashree's focus has consistently been on nurturing young minds—emotionally, mentally, and creatively.
As someone who has worked as a Sr. Correspondent cum Copy Editor with The Times of India (NIE Division), and has years of experience conducting voice articulation, confidence-building, and creative workshops for youth, she's now integrating Mindset and Performance psychology principles with expressive communication to deliver online and offline training sessions for schools, academies, and individuals.
